Privacy policy

boss works for you, and so does this policy. It explains what we collect, why, who touches it, and how to make us delete it, in plain words. boss is operated by PM Frontier LLC ("we", "us") at goboss.ai. Questions any time: support@goboss.ai.
1. What we collect
- Your messages. Texts, voice notes, and photos you send boss on WhatsApp or Messenger, and your phone number or messaging ID and profile name. Voice notes are transcribed so boss can act on them.
- Your business content. The name, offerings, prices, photos, and payment display details you choose to put on your page.
- Usage and page analytics. Basic funnel events such as page visits and taps on your contact button, so you can see what works. No advertising trackers, no fingerprinting.
- Three small cookies on goboss.ai. Your language choice, whether you closed the language banner, and a session cookie if you sign in to the admin console. Nothing else.
2. How we use it
To build and run your business: generate your brand and page, coach you to sales, and show you your numbers. Also to keep the service safe (abuse prevention and rate limits), to measure our own costs, and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
3. AI processing
boss is built on artificial intelligence. Your messages and business content are processed by established AI model providers acting on our instructions, under agreements that restrict them from using your content to train their models. Every AI response is disclosed as AI.
4. What is public
Your published page is public by design: your business name, offerings, prices, photos, and the contact button that opens your WhatsApp chat. Customers who tap it will see the phone number you chose to sell with. Publish only what you want the world to see; ask boss to change or unpublish your page at any time.
5. Who we share it with
Only the services needed to run boss, acting for us:
- messaging platforms that deliver your chats (Meta's WhatsApp and Messenger, and business messaging providers);
- cloud hosting and database infrastructure;
- AI model providers, as described in section 3.
Beyond that, we disclose information only if the law requires it, or to protect the service and its users from fraud or abuse. If boss is ever part of a business transfer, this policy continues to apply to your data.
6. Retention and deletion
We keep your data while you use boss so your business keeps working. Ask us to delete your data, in chat or at support@goboss.ai, and we will remove your account data and unpublish your page, keeping only what the law requires us to keep. Reply STOP and boss will not message you first again; that is enforced in code.
7. Security
Data moves over encrypted connections and lives in access-controlled infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure, but we design for the least data we need: boss never asks for bank credentials, PINs, or one-time codes, and never holds your money.
8. Where your data lives
boss serves people in many countries. Your data is processed in the United States and in the regions where our infrastructure and providers operate, with the protections described in this policy wherever it is processed.
9. Children
boss is for adults building businesses. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we delete accounts we learn belong to minors.
10. Your rights
Wherever you are, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, get a copy of it, or have it deleted. Write to support@goboss.ai and we will respond promptly. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority; we would rather fix it first.
11. Changes
If this policy changes in any meaningful way, we will post the new version here with a new effective date, and for significant changes we will tell you in chat before they take effect.
