Terms of service

boss is an AI business assistant that helps you launch and run a business from your phone. These terms are an agreement between you and PM Frontier LLC, the company that operates boss at goboss.ai and on messaging platforms such as WhatsApp and Messenger. By using boss you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Who we are

The service is operated by PM Frontier LLC ("PM Frontier", "we", "us"), a Wyoming limited liability company, 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. You can reach us any time at support@goboss.ai.

2. What boss does

You tell boss what you can do, by voice note or text, and it builds around you: a brand, a storefront / website, marketing material, and coaching to your first sale and beyond. Responses are produced by artificial intelligence and are disclosed as such. AI makes mistakes: check names, prices, and claims on anything boss builds before you share it. Nothing goes live without your say so, and you can change or unpublish your page at any time by asking.

3. Who can use boss

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for the account and phone number you use with boss.

4. Your business is yours

The business you describe, its name, offerings, prices, photos, and story, belongs to you. You grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, and format that content solely to provide the service: your page, your brand kit, your marketing material. We do not sell your content, we do not claim ownership of it, and the license ends for content you delete. You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload and for the accuracy of what you publish.

5. boss never touches your money

Payments happen directly between you and your customers, on payment rails you already use. boss only displays the payment details you provide. We never collect, hold, or transfer funds, and we never ask for PINs, passwords, or one-time codes. Anyone who does is not us.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to sell only what is legal where you and your customers are, and to use boss only for a genuine business. We refuse to build, and we unpublish, pages for:

Every page passes a review before it goes live, and we may take a live page down if it breaks these rules. Fair-use limits apply to messaging and page generation so the service stays fast and free for everyone. Do not probe, overload, scrape, or reverse engineer the service.

7. Messaging and STOP

boss replies when you write to it and may send you a short coaching note while you are active. Reply STOP at any time and boss will not message you first again; that is enforced in code, not policy. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply.

8. Our name and our software

The boss name, wordmark, site, and software belong to PM Frontier LLC. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use the service under these terms. That right does not include copying our software or passing the service off as your own. WhatsApp and Messenger are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc.; boss is an independent service and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Meta.

9. The platforms we run on

boss reaches you through third-party messaging platforms. Your use of WhatsApp or Messenger is governed by their own terms, and outages or policy changes on those platforms can affect boss. We are not responsible for the platforms themselves.

10. Free, and no promises of income

boss is free to use today. It works for exactly one person: you. If that ever changes, we will tell you clearly before anything costs money. And we make you no income promises: boss gives you tools and coaching, but your sales depend on your work, your market, and your customers. Anyone guaranteeing you earnings in our name is not us.

11. The service, as it is

boss is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We work hard to keep the service up and accurate, but we do not promise uninterrupted service or error-free output.

12. Limits on liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, PM Frontier LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost sales, lost profits, or lost data, arising from your use of boss. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of USD 100 or the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, which today is zero. Some places do not allow these limits; where that is the case, they apply to the extent permitted.

13. Your responsibility

You run your business; we provide tools. You agree to hold PM Frontier LLC harmless from claims that arise out of your products, your services, your content, or your dealings with your customers, except to the extent we caused the problem ourselves.

14. Ending service

You can stop using boss at any time and ask us to delete your data (see the privacy policy). We may suspend or end service for accounts that break section 6, and we may retire features with reasonable notice. Sections 4, 8, and 11 through 16 survive the end of service.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If something goes wrong, talk to us first at support@goboss.ai; most problems are fixed within days. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally belong to the state or federal courts sitting in Wyoming, and both sides waive a jury trial to the extent allowed.

16. Changes

We may update these terms as the service grows. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date, and continued use after that date means you accept them. We will never change section 5: boss never touches your money.

17. Report a page

If a page hosted here is fraudulent, infringing, or otherwise wrong, tell us at support@goboss.ai with the page link. We review reports promptly and take pages down when they break these terms.
